Overview
--------

This is "DroidArcadia", a port of a subset of the AmiArcadia/WinArcadia
30.72 emulator to the Android platform. The following machines are
emulated:

    * the Emerson Arcadia 2001 console family (Bandai, Emerson,
      Grandstand, Intervision, Leisure-Vision, Leonardo, MPT-03, Ormatu,
      Palladium, Poppy, Robdajet, Tele-Fever, Tempest, Tryom, Tunix,
      etc.) (c. 1982);
    * the Interton VC 4000 console family (Acetronic, Cabel, Fountain,
      Hanimex, Interton, Prinztronic, Radofin, Rowtron, Soundic, Voltmace,
      Waddingtons, etc.) (c. 1978); and
    * the Elektor TV Games Computer (1979).

Features include: artefacting, autofire, force feedback, frame skipping,
game help, gamepad support, high score management, horizon dejittering,
locale support, save screenshots, saved states, sprite demultiplexing,
tone retuning, trainers.

The supported languages are currently English, Dutch, French, German,
Greek, Italian, Polish and Spanish.

Instructions
------------

Input from a peripheral will be shown as yellow on the keypad and paddle
gadgets. Touchscreen input will be shown as white. Red and blue represent
the left and right players, respectively. A button in green is autofiring.
Games which only use one button (or none) will automatically use the "one-
button mode", in which the twelve small keypad buttons are replaced by one
large button.
  Real (host) gamepads/joysticks/keyboards are mapped as follows (an
8BitDo Zero 2 gamepad is shown here):

For Arcadia and Interton, the on-screen RESET button is the same as the
"Reset" command in the options. For Elektor, the on-screen RESET button
is an ordinary console button; the "Reset" command in the options will
still reset the machine as normal.
  BIN files (raw dumps) can be loaded for Arcadia and Interton. TVC and
PGM files can be loaded for Elektor; however, PGM files must be renamed to
have a .pro extension instead of .pgm (eg. Foo.pgm -> Foo.pro ). Saved
states (COS files) are also supported, via the "Quickload state" and
"Quicksave state" commands in the options. DroidArcadia COS files are not
currently compatible with Ami/WinArcadia COS files.
  "Stretching: 4:3 small" is the same as "Off" except that in NTSC mode
the screen will be stretched slightly vertically to have the correct 4:3
ratio (similar to the "Stretch NTSC" option of WinArcadia).

about any features that are shared with those emulators. The licence is
also the same as for those emulators.
  The emulator was written in C and Java, using Android Studio 2022.1.1
aka Electric Eel. It was tested on ZTE Optus P500 and P501 phones with
Android 9 and 11 respectively, at 480*960 resolution (176 dpi), and also
on BlueStacks 5.11.1.1002 P64.
  The emulator needs storage permissions to be granted if you want to be
able to save screenshots. On Android 9, at least, it seems that File
Manager does not immediately know about new screenshots.
