These are the OS3.9 NDK includes converted into StormC format. StormC 4 is
provided only with the OS3.5 includes. The StormC includes differ from the
NDK includes and converting them is a laborious chore that until now had
to be done by every OS3.9+StormC developer. Many of the tools which are
available for performing this task contain serious bugs.
