These Amiga-only bonus levels are accessed via the "hunt the orb" screen
(west of the "beware the west" screen, which itself is west of the
"Village of Ishmar"). At the top left corner of that screen is the
entrance to the "mini-map" bonus level. It is a firewall surrounded by
lava.

Moving west from the "mini-map" screen via the portal takes you back to
the "hunt the orb" screen.

Moving north from the "mini-map" screen via the portal takes you to the
south of the "mushroom castle" screen, and vice versa.

Entering the stairs in the "Amiga castle" screen takes you to the
"thy passage awaits" screen.
